A few weeks ago we went to the Twin Falls Temple Openhouse. If you have never had the opportunity to enter an LDS temple, go to http://www.lds.org/ and look for a temple openhouse in your area. Before a temple is dedicated it is open to the public young and old. Temples are beautiful, clean, and peaceful.
I took Garrett and Alyssa while Travis and Wyatt (not feeling well) waited on the temple grounds. Garrett liked the baptismal font, he asked "Are we going to swim, mom?" Yikes...NO! Silly boy...he later asked dad the same question while we were at the church eating our delicious cookies!
His other favorite part was looking into the eternal mirrors in one of the sealing rooms. The way the mirrors are situated you can look in one and see what seems like forever symbolic of eternal temple marriages that worthly couples can have.
How grateful I am for temples and the eternal blessings they bring to me and my family!

I love looking at all of your pictures. Your kids are so sweet. I am glad to hear things are going well, and excited to keep in touch.

So jealous! I love temple open houses. I just love the Temple period! We are just too far away here from a temple and it is too frustrating to me.
